VIEW YOUR ACCOUNT in SportsEngine (formerly Team Unify) 

  1. Go to https://www.tactitans.org  
  2. Sign in to your account (upper right corner of the page)
  3. Go to My Account (left nav menu)
  4. Click Billing Summary

ELECTRONIC PAYMENT

As of July 2025, credit card and ACH payments are now free of processing charges!!! Hooray!

  • Electronic payments are greatly appreciated by TAC’s Finance team - makes us much more efficient
  • Electronic payment keeps things quick and easy for you
  • Setting up electronic payment AND auto-pay will help you avoid pesky payment reminders and late fees.

ELECTRONIC PAYMENT METHODS

  • Credit Card – manual (on demand) or “Auto-payment”

  • ACH (bank transfer) – manual (on demand) or “Auto-payment”
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay are not available via SportsEngine – sorry!
  • Can be used to pay manually (when you want to pay – called “on demand”) or with “Auto-payment”  

ADD A CREDIT CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT

  • Select “My Account” in left column

  • Select “Set Up Autopay”
  • Add Credit Card (or Bank Account)
  • Follow prompts to add your information and save
  • Select the “Enroll Auto-Payment” box if you wish for this account to be drafted monthly.

AUTO-PAYMENT

  • Make life easy and avoid late fees!

  • Auto payment occurs on the 1st of the month
  • How it works: any amount due will be charged to your card or debited from your bank – depending on your preferred payment method. E.g. if we add meet fees in January and they are unpaid, the meet fees AND your February invoice will be drafted on February 1.

“ON DEMAND" PAYMENT  

  • If you have a balance and wish to pay it right away (on demand), click the green +Payment button on your Billing Summary page
    When you do this, note that you can select HOW MUCH to pay and HOW you pay (Credit card or ACH bank draft)

 

CHECK OR CASH PAYMENT

If you are unable to pay electronically, you may still pay with cash or check.

Here’s how:

  • Drop payment in the secure payment box at the front desk at TAC
  • Make checks PAYABLE TO: Triangle Aquatics Center
  • Please understand that the front desk staff cannot accept payments or write receipts, please do not ask them to do so. 
  • Use a payment slip to help the finance team apply your payment correctly
  • Payment slips are at the front desk at TAC or you can print at home
  • If you don’t use a payment slip, be sure to put your swimmer’s name in the memo field OR write on an envelope

  • If MAILING payment, SEND TO: TAC, 275 Convention Drive, Cary 27511
     
  • If using ONLINE BILL PAY from your bank, you MUST set up your check to be paid VERY early in the month. It often takes much longer than expected for banks to get your checks to us. TAC will NOT waive late fees because your bank took the money out of your account prior to the due date. The check must physically be here at TAC and posted before the due date to avoid late fees.
     
  • If you are paying with CASH, we strongly urge you to put your payment into a sealed envelope before bringing it to TAC and dropping into the payment box. This ensures your money and payment slip do not get separated and we can post it to your account.
